Groundbreaking Phonak Technology
Two current platforms, not one
EON arrived in August 2026 and now heads the range, but Phonak has not retired Infinio and continues to sell and service it. The distinction matters when choosing: EON is smaller and lighter and its Auracast works today, while Infinio covers the custom, titanium and higher-power shapes EON does not offer and has been through independent laboratory assessment that EON has not.
Roger, and Lyric
Two Phonak capabilities have no real equivalent elsewhere. Roger is a remote microphone that sends a talker's voice straight into the aids across distance and noise, which is a different order of help from anything a hearing aid manages alone. Lyric sits deep in the canal and is worn continuously for months at a time, invisible and needing nothing from the wearer, for candidates whose ear anatomy suits it.
